What is RYLA?

Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an exciting and challenging training program which aims to equip leaders and potential leaders between the ages of 20 and 30 with the personal, leadership and citizenship skills required to succeed in all areas of their life. The program provides participants with an unforgettable experience in life, learning and laughter in a regional setting.

RYLA is held at Camp Cooby, located North of Toowoomba, an engaging venue with Lake views and friendly staff who are dedicated to creating the best opportunities and experiences for you.
