What is RYLA?
Rotary Youth Leadership Awards (RYLA) is an exciting and challenging training program which aims to equip leaders and potential leaders between the ages of 20 and 30 with the personal, leadership and citizenship skills required to succeed in all areas of their life. The program provides participants with an unforgettable experience in life, learning and laughter in a regional setting.
Where is RYLA?
RYLA is held at Camp Cooby, located North of Toowoomba.
Transport to and from is usually facilitated by a RYLA bus transporting applicants from bus stops.
How much is RYLA?
As an applicant, RYLA costs you nothing but your time.
Rotary Clubs and workplaces sponsor all RYLA participants.
If you do not have a Rotary sponsor yet, we still encourage you to apply and we will help find one.
In exchange, applicants return to the sponsoring Rotary Club to present on their RYLA experience.
